We're a small Auckland-based crew of roofers, carpenters and project managers. Site Safe certified, LBP-qualified, and on the end of the phone after handover.

Sample Trades Co. was founded in 2010 by Dan Foreman, a third-generation roofer who'd spent fifteen years on commercial sites before deciding he wanted to run jobs the way he'd always wished his bosses would — honest quotes, tight programmes, qualified hands on every site, and a phone number that gets answered after handover.
Fifteen years later, we're a tight crew of roofers, carpenters and project managers operating out of a yard in Penrose. Every job is run by a Licensed Building Practitioner. Every crew member holds a current Site Safe Passport. And every quote is itemised in writing before we lift a single fixing.
We service all of Auckland — Mt Eden, North Shore, West Auckland, Manukau, the eastern bays and everywhere in between. We carry full public liability and works insurance. We're members of the Registered Master Builders Association and back every job we touch with a 10-year workmanship guarantee in writing.
